Our Speech Therapist
About Claire Stearne
Founding Speech Therapist
“In February 2020 I became a mum. I soon realised that all of what I did in speech therapy I was implementing with my daughter from day one. This enormously spiked my passion to spread the word and support families to have strong communication from birth. Time to Talk & Connect was herein born and I endeavour to continue working towards families having easier access to information and to help prevent and reduce communication delays in children.”
“I have a passion for working with the whole family as my practice and research show this is the key to a child’s success. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with children who have language, speech, stuttering and literacy difficulties. I also know that communication difficulties have a big impact on a child’s emotion and behaviour. I want to work with families to create more harmonious households.
I have worked in both the public and private sector over the past 7 + years gaining valuable understanding of other allied health profession’s therapy practices and techniques. This enables me to have a rich understanding of child development and provides increased depth to my care and therapy for children.”
